His Dark Materials follows young protagonist Lyra (Dafne Keen, Logan), who lives in Jordan College, Oxford. Placed there at the request of her Uncle, Lord Asriel (James McAvoy, X-Men, Split, Shameless) Lyra lives a sheltered life, while under the watchful protection of The Master (Clarke Peters, The Wire) and Librarian Scholar Charles (Ian Gelder, Game of Thrones).
When a new face enters Lyra’s life, she ends up embarking on a dangerous quest of discovery from Oxford to London.
