American dystopian thriller The Man in the High Castle, based on the 1962 novel of the same name, portrays the world in which Allied powers were defeated in World War 2 and ultimately the shared occupation of USA by German and Japanese governments. It’s a very interesting question, what would have happened if the Nazis had won the war? This series follows characters that have experienced just that, but when they discover propaganda about a future very different from their own, they’re left to ponder their own questions.
