After a successful career, Patrick Jane (Simon Baker), a famous psychic, decides to out himself as a fake. Now he works as a consultant for the California Bureau of Investigation, using his skills to help solve murders. Unbeknown to the CBI, Jane is actually working there to track down serial killer Red John, the man behind his wife and daughter’s murders.
