From the amazing shows to the vast casinos, there is something for everyone in Las Vegas. Because of this, there is little surprise that there are so many television shows that have been set in Las Vegas and are based on the lifestyle here. With that in mind, in this blog post, we are going to take a look at some of the best TV shows set in Las Vegas in further detail.

GlowGlow is an American drama, comedy series, which was created for Netflix by Carly Mensch and Liz Flahive. The show is based on fictionalisations of various gimmicks and characters of GLOW. GLOW stands for Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, which is the ‘80s syndicated professional wrestling circuit for women. There are three series of the show on Netflix at the moment. Last year, it was renewed for a fourth and final session. The show has received great feedback, so if you have not watched it yet, we certainly recommend doing so. 

LA To Vegas

LA to Vegas – Considering the name of this show, it probably does not come as any surprise to learn that parts of this show are based in Las Vegas. The show follows the regular passengers and crew of the Los Angeles to Las Vegas route of Jackpot Airlines, which is a budget airline.

Tilt TV show

Tilt – Another show that very much captures the essence of Las Vegas is Tilt. This drama television series is based on the backdrop of a factional World Championship of Poker tournament in Las Vegas. Of course, anyone who knows about Vegas knows that a lot of poker tournaments take place here regularly. The series title, ‘Tilt,’ is a term that is used in poker to describe letting emotional stress and frustration get in the way of your game.

Las Vegas – Last but not least, it is only right that we end on the show that has the same name as the city! Starring James Lesure and Josh Duhamel, this is a TV show that is focused on people working in a fictional casino within Las Vegas, known as the Montecito Resort and Casino. They face a wide range of issues associated with working in such a restore, including casino security, restaurant management, and valet parking.
