My Brilliant Friend is an upcoming American-Italian drama miniseries, produced by HBO and broadcast on Sky in the UK. Based on the novel of the same name by Elena Ferrante, the series is set in Naples, Italy. Following the lives of two girls over the course of 60 years, after one of them goes missing, the other does everything in her power to try and get her back.
