What is The Boys?
The Boys is based on the comic with the same name. The Boys is set in a world where superheroes enjoy the darker side of their massive celebrity and fame and follows a group of vigilantes known informally as “The Boys” who take down corrupt superheroes. The Boys embark on a quest to expose the truth about “The Seven,” and Vought – the multi-billion dollar company that manages these superheroes.

The Boys Simon Pegg Reveal
British actor Simon Pegg, made famous by the “cornetto trilogy” was recently revealed to star in The Boys at Comic Con New York. Pegg will be playing the role of Hughie’s father.
It’s great to see Simon Pegg in a TV series as he mainly acts in films, unlike his acting partner Nick Frost, who has starred in a lot of newer TV series such as Sick Note and Into the Badlands.
When is The Boys coming out and Where can I Watch it?
There is no specific release date for The Boys, all we know is the series will start in 2019 The boys will be available on the 26th July, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
