The Spanish Princess continues the story of The White Queen and The White Princess, from the Philippa Gregory novels. It follows Catherine of Aragon, who has been promised the English throne since she was a child. Not long after arriving in Britain with her incredibly diverse entourage, Catherine’s husband Prince Arthur dies suddenly, and now the throne seems lost to her. To hold on to the throne Catherine devises an audacious plan and sets her sights on the new heir, Prince Harry, who will one day rule as King Henry VIII.
