The Vampire Chronicles is an adaption of the series of novels by Anne Rice, which will premiere on Hulu in the US. The series revolves around the fictional character Lestat de Lioncourt, a French nobleman turned into a vampire in the 18th century. The first novel of the series, Interview with the Vampire, was first made into a film in 1994 and starred Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Antonio Banderas, Christian Slater and Kirsten Dunst.
